Requests in Court
Pursuant to the applicable civil procedure code, in addition to the disputes (cases) under the jurisdiction of courts and commercial arbitration, there are also civil, marriage and family, business and commercial requests shall be settled by the court. Accordingly, although the parties involved do not have a dispute with each other, they have specific requests filed in the court for approval.
